Helpshift to Join Keywords Studios, Forging an Unrivaled Platform in AI-Driven Customer Support
We are excited to announce that Helpshift has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Keywords Studios, the go-to technical and creative services provider to the global video games industry and beyond. Helpshift will maintain its own brand but will become a subsidiary of Keywords Studios. Helpshift’s capabilities will be added to Keywords Studios’ Engage Service Line, which brings together experts from its Support, Marketing, and User Research units in order to deliver a more holistic solution to clients’ consumer engagement needs. Helpshift will be integrated with Keywords’ Player Support business and will build on the long-standing existing partnership which has seen the two groups work together to create significant value for joint clients. This demonstrates Helpshift’s and Keywords Studios’ continuing strategic emphasis on innovation in user support and engagement, forging an unrivaled platform in AI-driven customer support.
We believe Keywords Studios and Helpshift are a natural fit together with shared goals and the ability to truly define the future of support from end to end. Keywords Studios is a global organization that strives for holistic excellence, continuing to help brands increase the lifecycle and improve the value of their apps. This opens a new world of opportunities for Helpshift and its customers. Keywords, through its Kantan AI studio, currently utilizes a highly advanced machine translation tool that enables its support agents to provide multilingual support. Keywords’ capabilities will combine with Helpshift to create a market-leading customer support platform, leveraging Helpshift’s technology for an efficient consumer experience while enabling a global team of experienced support agents to provide higher value interactions, and together, create an unrivaled offering for customers. Brands can tap into the best of multilingual support, self-service, smart segmentation, and automation to quickly understand customer intent and facilitate a guided support journey across digital channels -- from mobile apps to social messaging platforms to immersive XR experiences.
We are excited for the opportunity to create additional value and new capabilities for our customers and we look forward to paving the road for the future of support with the wider Keywords group.
